Our 4" x 6" Fanfolded labels are an ideal choice for customers that have industrial and desktop printer models. The product will work on all major brands of printers, like Zebra®, Sato®, Printronix®, Bixilon®, etc. This option allows the customer to stock one SKU, fan fold, that will work on both their printers. Most of our labels are fan folded in a stack of 2000, and there are 2 stacks in case of 4000 labels. For some of our Fanfold labels you have the option for 1 stack as opposed to 2. Please be aware these labels are not made for DYMO® printers and will not work in them.

These labels can be offered with the direct thermal uncoated, semi top coated, fully top coated, scuff resistance, and NIR (near infra red) for high speed scanning. No matter what grade you use, our face sheet will guarantee a dense and crisp image for 100% read rates. You have an option of ordering these labels with or without perforation depending on the end use. For smaller manual applications with batch printing, perforation in the liner works ideally. For higher speed and automatic applications, we recommend no perforation in the liner to prevent web breaks. We also offer these labels in permanent, all-temperature, freezer grade, removable, ultra removable adhesives, the widest selection for demanding requirements.

Our labels are available in 1" cores and in fan folded stacks that work well in industrial and desktop printers and are printer brand agnostic. However, there are some thermal printers such as DYMO® that have special notches in the liner as a design value for roll feed.
